February 22, 2019Orderd on 20th. Built on the 23rd.!!!!!! And at standard shipping.!!!!!! Super fast on the shipping..... !! The only thing i can complain about is they put more and more products on their sight and i can't keep up. It took 1 hour to complete. No issues. Chambers like a dream. Accurate to 75 yards.. Man size target of course. All in all a nice tight PDW.
January 31, 2019Super Easy to finish Great price. Shot 1000 rounds threw it and it's still holding up nice. Only 2 modification's I bought a separate aftermarket barrel for competition and second mod was to the stippling after about 50 rounds It started to take the skin off. I used a razor, Dremel and files and knocked it down/removed it and I couldn't be happier. Love this gun
January 26, 2019end snips, file, 500 grit sand paper, dremel tool..... 2 hours to build ( with coffee breaks!) 450 rounds fired from Winchester white box to Liberty lightweight ammo and not a single hiccup. price cant be beat for a kit... will definitely buy again! I hope you guys are getting rich because you deserve it!
January 17, 2019My first kit. I am impressed. Good price, fast shipping and a great product. It turned out really nice. First clip was 147gr. as recommended by one of the instructional sites I found. Helps break-in. Surprised how smooth it is. I read many different “how too’s” before starting, watched videos and it paid off. I will buy again.
January 14, 2019first off i want to say thanks for not sitting on my order like some of the others like to do. the agent is a great product. 80P did a outstanding job putting the upper together. as for the lower if you follow the directions and have a decent drill press and a cross slide vise plus patience your project will turn out great. after my final assembly i went to the range and ran 300 rounds of 115 grain brass case fmj rounds with out a single issue. the agent ran perfect! again thank you 80P for your great communication and having a well maintained web site. now the hard part is to decide what to build next????
December 09, 2018Ok for a kit gun. I have two of these. One is the model 19 clone (Agent) and the other is a model 17 clone. I experienced similar issues with both but the range numbers below reflect the Agent only. Tolerances are very close in the Barrel Block area and you can hear and feel the recoil spring binding in the Barrel Block channel while manually operating the slide. Also, you can see where the recoil spring is rubbing on the inside of the Locking Block Rail System. At the range, out of 187 initial rounds, I had two failures to fire where the striker hit the primer with no resultant ignition (fresh Federal ball ammo) and five failures to feed. The rounds got stuck on the feed ramp. I had no failures to eject. I've since replaced the recoil spring with an aftermarket tungsten rod spring. The tungsten rod spring tracks straighter than the spring that came with the kit and I'm hopeful will mitigate the spring's binding tendency against the LBRS. I believe the failures to feed were caused by the binding recoil spring. 80p's are not Glocks but in fairness to 80p I don't believe they say they are. Every Glock I've owned has been dead nuts reliable from the get-go. With some tweaking I think 80p's can come close but because of the initial reliability problems I could not, in good conscience recommend an 80p as an EDC piece.
December 09, 2018Wonderful guy to deal with. Will DEFINITELY be back for more. We talked through email several times. I explained what I was trying to do and he was more than helpful. Helped me get exactly why I wanted. We swapped some things around and I got exactly what I wanted. Awesome guy. You will not be disappointed. Only regret I have is not getting a mulled slide for a RMR. But that’s on me......bottom line is this is an awesome guy and goes the extra mile to make sure you’re good to go. If you have any questions just give him an email and he will work with ya to get ya what you need. Can’t say enough how good he is. Thanks man. I’ll be back soon for a G34 set-up! Wish I could get pics to upload but I don’t know how. Oh well. I’ll be back again!!
November 16, 2018For the price can't be beat. Fast shipping. The V2 slide seems to be tighter then slide with the smaller sharper serrations I guess you can call that the V1. I have the V1 on a 17 build its fit is not as snug but don't know if that is the slide or the poly80 frame? Either way it works fine and so does the V2 slide in this kit.
